Brett Blumenthal

Brett Blumenthal is a DELTA-qualified education consultant and Regional Teacher Development Manager at Pearson. With more than 20 years of teaching and leadership experience in Vietnam and the United States, he specializes in teacher training, curriculum design, and educational development. Brett has managed academic programs at leading institutions in Vietnam and delivered workshops and presentations across diverse educational contexts internationally. He is passionate about empowering educators and enhancing student outcomes through practical, research-informed teaching strategies. His current work focuses on supporting teachers across the region to create student-centered learning environments through evidence-informed teaching practice.
Supong Tangkiengsirisin
Associate Professor
Language Institute of Thammasat University
Dr. Supong Tangkiengsirisin earned his PhD in English Studies from the University of Nottingham, UK. He is currently the Director of Advanced Center for Testings at the Language Institute of Thammasat University (LITU-ACTS). He served as President of Thailand TESOL from 2019-2021. With over 40 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level, he specializes in a wide range of pedagogical and research-based areas including English language testing and assessment, academic writing, written business communication, English for Specific Purposes, Research Methodologies in ELT, and career-related English skills. He has also organized a number of teacher training programs with an emphasis on English teachers’ language skills and professional development for primary and secondary education. His research interests involve language assessment, second language writing, written discourse analysis, EAP, ESP, Global Englishes, and ELF.
Pornpimol Sukavatee
Vice President
Thailand TESOL
Pornpimol Sukavatee is a lecturer with over 30 years of teaching and research experience at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. She currently takes the role as the Vice President of the Association of English Teachers in Thailand known as Thailand TESOL. Her research and teaching areas of interest are technology supported language learning, curriculum and materials development and language policy. Her passion is to share ELT innovations in the digital era to the local and global communities.
Dafi Jenkins
Centre Manager
RMIT Vietnam
Dafi Jenkins has been living and working in Southeast Asia for eight years, primarily in education management. His passion for education and ensuring equitable access to quality education for all led him to Asia, where his primary role has been training teachers to design and deliver lessons with a focus on their students' needs. His areas of interest and research include teacher education, bilingualism and language-in-education policy.
